Level C-75 is the 75th level of Cluster C of the Backrooms.
Description:
Level C-75 is a cyclic linear space extending to the east-west direction, whose length is approximately 1 kilometer. This level resembles a roughly 10-meter-wide river within a city. On both banks of the river, there are two 1-meter-wide sidewalks, beside which are half-meter-high platform. The flatform extends farther and is filled with soil with plenty of plants growing in it. On the edge of the platform is two-meter-high woven wire fence. However, if wanderer tries to climb over the fence, they will feel a tingling sensation, can not move any farther, and will ultimately give up. Beyond the fence are traffic lanes, beside which poplar grows. A day in this level is as long as a day in the Frontrooms, which is 24-hour-long. The temperature ranges from 15°C to 20°C.1

When entering this level, wanderer will always find themselves in the northern bank of the river. Currently, there are no reports indicating that wanderer can get to the southern bank. Additionally, it is reported that a large quantity of entities frequently appear in the southern bank, including the Smiler, Clumps, Dullers, Hounds, Wretches, River Manager, and other hostile entities.
The weather in this level is always misty. There is a overpass far beyond, on which vehicles and pedestrians can be seen through the mist. However, by no means can wanderer manage to go any nearer the overpass. Vehicles and pedestrians is also frequently seen outside the fence, who, no matter how many times wanderer tries to talk to them, seems to ignore whatever is in the other side. The space beyond the fence does not appear to be cyclic as it is in the inner side, where, additionally, no entity has been seen. Reported scenes that can be seen through the fence include: coniferous forest, a extremely long wall, a corn farmland, and a village. It indicates that beyond the fence is scenes that resemble the Frontrooms or exact scenes from the Frontrooms.
There is WI-FI working in this level. On the platform, a power outlet can be found every 50 meters, but only one outlet is in blue, which the wanderers calls the center. From the center, walk approximately 400 meters in either direction, and then wanderer can see the fence moved to the outside, making some plants into the inner side. The plants will grow back to what they originally are every 48 hours. Some of the plants wanderers call "wild vegetable" are edible.
The river contains a quantity of domestic waste, and some kind of dirty almond water seems to flow in it.
BOIL THE WATER! I've had this diarrhea for weeks!!!!!

Nevertheless, a wanderer claim that the liquid in the river is not well mixed, because he had spotted, in the low tide, a Wretch got hyper and tried to jump over the river after drinking from the river. Fortunately, the River Manager dragged it into the river while it is still in the air, otherwise it would eventually reach the northern bank. Therefore, it is possible that some kind of dirty cashew water flows in the southern side. Due to the existence of River Manager, it is not recommended to go near the river except in the low tide.
Level Events
In this level, every day and week, some certain events happens during the same period of time.
Daily Events
- Every day at sunset, a boat will appear in the river. In places where the boat has passed, the River Manager will not disturb wanderers in 5 minutes. This event is called low tide by the wanderers. It is considered as the best time to collect domestic waste and almond water. However, if anyone or any entity tries to cross the river during this period, they will still be attacked by the River Manager.
Weekly Events
- On the first day, poplar trees beyond the fence drop catkins and last for a day。This event is considered to be the beginning of a week.
- On the fourth day, it starts to rain and lasts all day. The raindrops seem to be pure almond water, which is the second method for collecting almond water in this level.
- On the fifth day, the rain still lasts, but the raindrops seem to be cashew water. It is thus necessary to hide under a canopy or something that does the same job. After the fifth day, wanderer should not drink any liquid from collecting devices placed on the platform.
- On the seventh day, a sandstorm attacks and lasts all day. It is thus necessary to hide behind a wind shield or something that does the same job. This event is considered to be the end of a week.
Appendix
Due to the great quantity of entities and small space of the southern bank, many unusual interactions between entities are witnessed here.
Two clumps got entangled together and rolled into the river.
Two smilers that was moving in the opposite direction ran in each other and then turn around at the same time.
A duller was being chased by two hounds.
A small hound kept barking at a faceling. The faceling finally got annoyed and punched it in the face.
A party balloon exploded, and then a partygoer appeared with the confetti falling onto the ground. But two wretches came and tear him apart.
Entities
The River Manager
A kind of entity hostile to any creature that approaches the river, which appears differently at differnt time. Here are currently known forms of it:
- Fish form: When the River Manager wanders in the river, it is in the fish form. It is giant and anything fallen into the river will be swallowed alive.
- Arm form: When any entity tries to jump across the river, an arm huge enough will appear and drag the entity into the river.
- Boat form: Every day at sunset, it will move straight above water. Anyone trying to go near the river will not be attacked after it has passed, unless they tries to cross the river.
"Fish"
A kind of entities living in the river that does not get attacked by the River Manager. Wanderer can catch them with a kind of bait that is mixed with almond water, plants and soil. Fishing is currently the only thing that wanderer can do by water without being attacked by the River Manager.
"Fish" resemble an tin can set with fish skull and tailbone on each side. They die after leaving the river for five minutes. A pull tab can be seen after removing the bones. Inside the can is a random kind of fish meat, but, currently, a few kinds of fish meat that has never been found in the Frontrooms are known to appear in these cans.

K's shelter
A deserted base which dates back to a time long before M.E.G. has found this level. The base is built out of wood and fully functional though it is in disrepair.
